Due to changes in legislation regarding the carriage of perfumes (classified as "dangerous goods"), traditional postal services are often restricted for international destinations outside of
the United Kingdom. To ensure safe and legal delivery, we use specialized carriers, which may result in higher postage and packing charges.

While we ship globally, please note that delivery logistics and product restrictions may result in longer transit times for the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Cyprus.
  • Non-mainland regions of France, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
  • Finland, Ireland, and Malta.
Minimum Spend Requirements

Current global logistics costs for perfumes vary significantly by region. To keep our services sustainable without passing every cost onto the customer, certain promotional offers or shipping rates may require a minimum spend depending on your country of delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on perfumes that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Droso will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Timeline

You can typically expect your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This includes:

  • Transit time: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Processing time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Bank processing: 5 to 10 business days.
